How do I register for LX eBooking?
Go to the SWC website → Sign In → Register now! → choose Company User → click Register and fill in all required personal and company details.
Can a branch have multiple admins?
Yes. Admins can promote other users to Branch Admin. Multiple admins are recommended for smooth operations.
I forgot my password—what do I do?
Click Forgot password?, enter your username, and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
I forgot my username—what do I do?
Contact your SWC Sales Representative. You can find Station Information here.
What are the ways to create a booking?
- Find Offers (Home Screen)
- Detailed Enquiry Booking
- Direct Booking (when flight details are known)
Why aren’t any offers appearing for my shipment?
- Hard embargo on the route
- Incorrect product + SHC combination
- Missing mandatory SHCs, e.g. ALT for Allotment Bookings
- Shipment violates restrictions (e.g., DG not allowed)
What products and codes are available for booking?
- Products include General Cargo, Perishables, Pharma Basic, Pharma Passive, Valuables, Vulnerables, and their X-Presso variants.
- Remember that the user cannot choose product PIL and manually add XPS, as no offers will be found. Instead, select product PIX.
How do I book XPS shipments?
- select product with XPS, e.g. GCX
- remember to add XPL SHC for shipments with ICE or pieces’ weight >50kg
Can I book shipments with Dangerous Goods?
Bookings with Dangerous Goods are not allowed. Only shipments that do not require a DGD are allowed (ELI, ELM, REQ, RRE, ICE, RDS)
What happens if I don’t enter ALT SHC?
Your allotment offer will not be shown.
What is the difference between My Shipments and Company Shipments?
- My Shipments: Only your own bookings
- Company Shipments: All bookings from your branch (including LX Sales)
Should I choose Update or Find Offers when modifying?
- Update → Keep the same flight
- Find Offers → Search for new flights
Note that any amendments or modifications to your shipments such as exceeding weight or volume tolerances, may affect the originally confirmed rate and the shipment may not be immediately reconfirmed.
How can I track a shipment?
Use Search & Track on the home page or without logging in.
You can enter up to 10 AWB numbers at once.
