Capture your pet’s journey with a personalized photo

The Pet Photo Service is a new optional service that allows you or your customers to receive a personalized photo of the pet during its stay at the Animal Care Center in Zurich.

Service highlights:

  • Receive a personalized digital greeting card form the Animal Care Center in Zurich
  • Available for transit and export shipments via Zurich (ZRH)
  • Available for cats and dogs only
  • Available only for cargo bookings with an Air Waybill (AVI) and not bookable for AVIH (Live Animals in Hold) shipments on passenger tickets

Disclaimer

In cases of irregularities with shortened transit times, where the animal’s stay at the Animal Care Center is limited, the photo service may not be provided. In such cases, no charges will apply. The well-being and preparation of the animal for onward travel remain our top priority.

Book the service

Book the Pet Photo Service for your pet shipment before 08:00 AM (Zurich time) on the working day prior to departure.

Mind the deadlines

For Monday departures, the booking of the service must be completed by Friday 08:00 AM (Zurich time). Weekend bookings are not possible.

Receive the digital card

The photo is sent as a digital greeting card to a preferred email address given at time of booking.
