The participant does not enter into any contractual or other legal relationship with Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. or third parties. Persons entering this competition must be of full age and of legal capacity. Employees of Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. as well as their family members, and agencies of Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. are excluded from participation. To be eligible for the draw, contestants must complete the registration form. This information is automatically sent to Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. Participants can only win one prize.

 

Winners are picked at random. The winners are picked from all those taking part. Winners will receive a private Facebook message.

 

 

The prize will be transferred exclusively to winners or their legal representatives if they are underage. The prize is awarded exclusively in the form of a material prize. No material or cash alternative prizes can be issued. The winner is himself/herself responsible for any taxation associated with the prize. 

 

 

Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify individual participants from the prize draw if there are justifiable grounds, e.g. infringement of the rules of participation, influencing the draw, manipulation, etc.

 

 

No correspondence will be entered into about the competition. The judges' decision is final. No claims can be made relating to the forwarding, redemption or exchange of prizes. Swiss law shall apply exclusively.

 

 

Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. reserves the right to modify the conditions of the draw at any time. Furthermore, Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the prize draw at any time. This especially applies in the event of the existence of grounds that would interfere with or prevent the running of the prize draw according to plan.

 

 

As long as legally allowed, the liability of any kind of Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. is excluded.
